Lee Resseguie started his legal carrier at Atlantic Richfield Company as a corporate tax attorney focusing on international tax issues. He subsequently joined Sara Lee Corporation where he was Director of International Taxes. After eight years in the corporate arena, Lee joined Salomon Brothers as an investment banker in tax structured finance. Lee ultimately lead the tax structured finance area, first at Citigroup and then at the English bank, HSBC, where he was Global Head of the Structured Transactions Group.
In 2006, Lee retired from investment banking and moved from London to Vermont. After his admission to the Vermont Bar, he returned to the practice of law.

Personal
Lee is an avid cyclist. He enjoys hiking, kayaking and snowshoeing. He also shows and races his two Scottish Deerhounds. He lives in Barnard, Vermont with his wife, Lois. Lee’s son, Christian, is following him into the legal profession and is a second year law student at Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
